So cool, followed your lead and spray foamed our bus too. Love how your bus has turned out, hope you are enjoying it

This comment is older so I hope you see it... I'm looking to do the same thing but trying to find some size/amount info. Do you remember how many kits you used, of what size, and the bus length(last one I assume you'd have memorized by now lol)?

I LOVE all your videos and want to thank you for the wonderful information and inspiration for skoolie living! I'm a 65 year old Grandma and love with my caregiver daughter and we're both saving for our nomadic life together! You guys work so well together and we look forward to your future videos! Thank you! Be blessed and may your life together always be a great adventure! Maybe we'll see you guys in person one day. 🤗

I love your channel! It's my favorite skoolie channel so far. My partner and I are in the planning stages (pre bus purchase) and your videos are so helpful and well produced. We think we want a rear engine, 40 footer. I'm so excited and nervous!!

We didn't do any extra insulation.. just left the original in ... It seems mice have found their way in this winter.. I wonder if the spray foam prevents that?

looking good you guys! Sorry to hear about the pesky neighbor, that sounds like that might be an ongoing issue.

Has the spray insulation helped with the cold? Wondering cos we plan on building in Colorado as well Or would you have used a diff insulation

Hi, I'm from Brazil so not really familiar with all the insulation options, so I have a question... hope it's not a stupid one... why did you guys used the foam insulation instead of those kinda styrofoam sheets? Hope it's all working fine on your project! Thanks in advance for answering!!!

"This morning it's 20 degrees..." my body shook violently. I'm still Alabama blooded I guess, haha. Where are you guys getting your tunes? Loving the documentation!

Can you embellish on the process please. Did you buy the application equipment, rent it, etc. Do you have to mix the foam before spraying? Cost of materials, rental? Where do you rent or buy this stuff?
@nikkifunke45975 жыл бұрын
Yes please. What brand of spray foam did you purchase?

What about the windows?? That's where the air escapes.

My 2008 Thomas Saf-t-liner was a heating nightmare last winter. One of the main problems was the massive air leakage around the windows.

Why did you choose spray insulation over another material? Did you have to rent the equipment? We are very close to the same step in our skoolie.

That insulation was not thick enough for my standards.
@roadiemort35896 жыл бұрын
Looking back you probably should of had it professionally done, better R value per inch, cost about 25% more.
