The irony here is that according to the new rule changes, refs are allowed to review fouls without coaches' challenges. They've adjusted the clock after made FTs, whether its the 1st or 2nd, so I'm surprised they didnt do it here

It's an interesting situation fr. Sometimes they go by when the ref raises the arm (clock operator usually reacts quick enough to the whistle that it lines up with the arm raising), but most of the time they do try to be fair and add more time when they can clearly see a foul occurred before then. Slowing it down, should prolly be at .2 (if we go by the aforementioned movement), but idk if the shot got off in that amount of time either 😅 I guess replay review crew did not want to chance overtime being a shitshow, too if it came to that 😂
