I have this in both feet. They seem to be textbook examples. I’m a 34 male and noticed them maybe a couple years ago. Just happened to feel it while rubbing my feet. They don’t hurt unless I press hard on them, and right when I get out of bed. After walking a bit and a hot shower, I generally don’t notice them the rest of the day.
