The most beneficial for me personally right now is to see the process you go through in how you distill and extract key user research data and findings and how that translates into design solutions through the medium of visual wireframes and prototypes

MrConway007 I can see a need for both systems but I find the Google systems is more structured across multiple days and allows you to have prototype designs a lot quicker.
