So, if you watch anything with Dario in it on Netflix, you understand his Philosophy of being a butcher and how that happened. For those who don't know, Dario was attending Vet School. If I recall, his father became ill(?), and he was forced to take over for his father's business. So he has this whole philosophy of how/why he butchers the way he does b/c of vet school experience and honoring each animal being butchered. That you don't get daily! I also have seen Dario with Mark Wiens and enjoyed that episode. I highly respect Dario for his philosophy and for respecting each animal that gave its life to be someone's food (sorry, this best way I can state this.) Shout out to Dario if he ever sees this video.

Well isn't this just a bit fun!! We travelled to Panzano specifically to visit Officina della Bistecca and we had nothing short of a blast and a half. Exciting to see that they have brought the experience aboard, it definitely looks like they have done the restaurant justice. Long live Dario Cecchini! What a concept, what a dude. CARNE!

Yeah often it's written Beef, but it's cow, old milky cow, so this is not the same flavour. I love rosbeef too, even in a sandwich, that's super nice 👍🙂 Philly cheese sandwich 🥪 are very appetizers 😋

I giggled a little bit when you said you’re probably not gonna get this quality at home. Oh yes, I am. I have several Weber Grill’s minor. Probably better than what you had on the cruise ship. Nothing like learning how to properly use a Weber Grill and be a master of the fire! I have a 1975 Weber Fleetwood that is my steak cooker. I had a Custom Made stainless steel grate made for it. It’s one of the premier steak cookers in my arsenal.

That steak looks almost as good as the one I cooked during the week. Seriously though, it does look good, recently I have stopped salting prior to cooking and I am getting much better results. I hope that the Chianti was a good quality to match the meal. My biggest problem is that I can't pace myself in restaurants such as these.

This is by far the worst Princess ship we spent 21 days on her venues are all to small lines of people everywhere even to try and get a coffee so many people om board we couldn't even sit up at the pools and the music at the pool and in the atrium is so loud its hard to have a conversation people on our cruise with cabins near the atrium complained of not being able to sleep .The whole cruise felt like being on a Carnival cruise ship if you love Princess we could never recommend this ship its so disappointing
