What a problem child that one was! Nice work! I had to watch this in 240p - it was painful!! Had a freak storm / tornado or microburst roll through here yesterday afternoon. Uprooted trees on wires everywhere. Internet is down. Yamaha generator is powering the house. Internet is running through my hotspot, which just got throttled down to .750 MB per second! OUCH. SLOOOOOOW as molasses ... & you were all pixilated, Ivan!! :D This felt like my buddy's '98 Ram 2500 I've had here for the last 4 weeks. ABS light with red brake light on, no high, washer, or intermittent wipers, major leaking power steering, high beams that worked opposite along with a dim left front headlight. Installed a new p/s pump and hose, and ran a new ground for the headlight - that was easy. Wipers were a little more tricky. New multifunction switch my buddy put in, so he bought a new motor thinking that was the problem. I installed the new motor - still no HI, int., or wash. His new NAPA switch was bad out of the box!! Bought a WVE one - it all works now, but still no wash. I pulled the crusty 22 year old pump out - junk! Seized solid. A block of rust, LOL! Then the red brake light stayed on the instant you turned the key. I was yanking my hair out on that for a while. Turned out I had to remove the entire parking brake mechanism and lubricated the hell out of it. Got the light to go off with the ABS unplugged. The ABS unit is also junk, so that also was causing the red brake light to come on. Left it unplugged - fixed, LOL. He's not going to spend the money to make it work correctly. I'm glad to see the tail lights on this one! :)

@@PineHollowAutoDiagnostics - Well, I was hoping that would work. Took it for a test drive, and no speedometer! I didn't know the signal went through the ABS unit! Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics - LOL! Yeah this place is about as backwards as you can get. They don’t fail us for the ABS light, but they will when the red brake light is on. When I plug the ABS back in, the red brake light comes back on with the ABS light. If I unplug it, just the yellow ABS light is on. We’ll see what happens at sticker time. Always an adventure up here! 😁

Good job, what a mess of wiring hacks. I would have thought to use light bulbs as a way to boost low voltage, in a current controlled way. I hope you added a couple of troubleshooting steps to the operations manual to check the light bulbs when things move slower than they should. This all reminds me of my hei conversion on my 66 GMC. Crank, crank, crank with no indication of firing, but the engine suddenly taking off when the key was turned back to run. Factory has a wire running from the starter solenoid to supply full 12V to the points distributor (coil) during crank, then coil gets about 6V during run. During crank the main coil supply, through resistor block, is dead, only getting voltage from the key switch in run position. I did have sense enough to bypass resistor for hei, but didn't realize I needed the wire from the starter to give it voltage during crank. Then there was the electric fan that supplied voltage to the hei as it spun down after key off. Turns out they're a generator when not getting power to run as a motor. This caused engine to run on for several seconds as the fan soun down. A relay for the fan took care of that. Electricity always finds a path to ground through the craziest places. :)
