I recommend doing cts blow off valve in future I installed mine about 4-5 months ago and love it so far

I actually had the ECS DV spacers for a bit and took it off because of a boost leak but looking at eventually getting an air recirc/blow off hybrid in the near future.

@@TheParkingLotMechanic when u say because of a boost leak do u mean that once u put the spacer on it was causing a lost of boost? like just cause the spacer? or u have a actual boost leak somewhere in the car.? cause i heard people say that but i had mine on for 8-9 months but i dont feel anything.

Great vid, I also have a CTS downpipe and the power shifted higher, I believe because of loss of velocity in those rpms. It doesn't build good boost until 2500+ rpm. Makes it feel like a bigger turbo than it is haha

That's what I assumed; lack of velocity at low RPMs. Still loving this thing though!

Why get the catted downpipe when it still has a cel and wont pass smog?

A stage 2 tune takes care of the CEL and I don't have to worry about smog where I live! It's nice :)

so does it run a check engine light error? can you remove it? is it normal if i hear a wierd noies at 2K rpm ?"stock" amd is it nor,al for the smell if i gave it a full throtlle to high rpms?

It does run a code but a stage 2 tune or any local tuner can get rid of it. And what type of noises are you talking about? Around there I get almost a rattle sound but I have much more NVH than stock. And yes, it will smell but not as bad as a catless downpipe.
