@@FukaiKokoroit’s not Dutch or German. It’s technically Frisian with the umlaut. Wunderbar sans umlaut is the correct German. Wünderbar WITH umlaut is usually spoken only in the Netherlands, specifically Friesland as a dialect. So despite Dutch and Frisian being somewhat similar in sound understanding one doesn’t inherently mean you’ll understand the other. But this spelling isn’t even conveying “wonderful” it’s “wondrous”. And wonderful in Dutch is prachtig. Wondrous is wonderbaarlijk. In German the word wundersam means wondrous. Looking at the OP’s surname I actually assumed he was Belgian :/ bit he could be from any number of Western European counties. I’m definitely a ‘middle love’ - 3/4 of my adult serious relationships went on to marry the person they dated right after me. That 4th relationship is my husband lol. I liked to think of myself as a foster girlfriend - i just took care of them till they found their forever homes lol.

Lol how do you even find out what they are doing after you break up? I only know that my first gf went to study in Germany, eventually marrying a German, and the only reason I know that is cuz my mom follows her mom on Facebook.
