I will be honest, I am an art witch and I love these books mainly for the art, it’s incredible, it’s inspiring and I love to flick through them! The information is also interesting, don’t get me wrong, but the art, it’s so beautiful. I hope that helps you decide!!!

I used all sorts of things in this one. There’s definitely watercolour paper in here, and some of the sturdier scrapbook paper. I also used paper bags from food delivery, which is quite thick. And some pages I glued two different papers back to back. Basically, nothing was off limits!!! I enjoy the folio format too. I did a lot of them at Uni, but it’s something you forget about! I would love to see your creation if you do something like this!

May I ask what the pages are made from? Is it cardboard or just thick paper? thank you

They’re just paper mostly, but I have glued two pieces back to back. That way it’s slightly thicker and I can work on whatever papers I feel like. I generally work on them before sticking them together, but not always!
