Deana Silano pretty sure he’s using a 1M Star tip. That’s what I use when I make this cake, but I do a full rotation on the rosette and he kind of nips it before it gets there. Hope this helps!

He started going faster at the top and the roses started stacking on top of each other, not in between and they started to look messy. :/ the bottom tier looked so pretty and then he started going faster. Otherwise its a very pretty cake and would be great practice for starting out!
