Is that a Honda Elite 80!!?!! It definitely looks like the Honda Elite 80 I had, which was also white. I remember feeling lucky that I also had a couple of friends who were into fixing/tuning scooters at the time. They improved the performance enough to where I actually got pulled over for speeding in a 35mph zone, an impressive feat considering that one, I was overweight and two, as it was a 4 and not a 2 stroke, tuning it was never going to unlock gains on par with what you could get tuning the 2 stroke screamers!! Seeing you on that brought back many fond memories!
