The Canal Market Traders at Burton on Trent

People who live in a boat on the canal are also business owners. I went to see a floating market on the Trent and Mersey Canal at Shobnall playing fields. It looks like a lovely life to chug up and down the canal network, selling your wares as you go. I chatted, and bought some lovely cheeses, and a flowery crotchet hand made hat. What a lovely atmosphere.

Thankyou great vid i avtually gollow a couple of people on u tube who live on narrow boats it looks lovely but can be hard work with maintaining the boat and so many locks to get through but still lovely to have differant places to visit you are such an inspiration i now enjoy going out more even though i need to use my wheelie walker so i thankyou x

Meanqueen Thank You for taking us a long your walk, travels. So nice seeing the different boats and their goodies. I spied a orange plastic swan or goose. on one of the boats for sale. The only thing with those is you do have to watch your pockets emptying fast! Great Video Thumbs Up

Looks lovely there Ilona , I’m fascinated by narrow boat living . I found a channel called Primal England. The guy is Nigel , I don’t usually recommend other channels but something made me think that you would like it . Really enjoyed this one Ilona 👍looks so interesting there , happy camping
