I would've liked this Chaos Effect animated series if it were to come out. It would spawn numerous ideas of making some new kinds of hybrids dinosaurs for children that generation. If I remember correctly, Godzilla: The Animated Series has its own episodes full of weird and over the top monsters. Still definitely would have a very 90s feel to it. Also, I just saw Jack Ewin's episode 3 of Dino-Defenders Extreme just before I watched this video. I saw your name credited at the end of the video. It was great.

I really wish Universal would do something with Chaos Effect. Maybe a new show or comic that focuses on Owen and Claire fighting against Hoskin and Wu's newly created hybrids; like the Spinoraptor, Stegoceratops, and Dilopho Rex. And maybe they'd bring back some classics like the Ankylorannodon, Compstegnanthus, and Paracephalosaurus

I think it would’ve been good as a non-canon series for kids but anything else than that then I would blow it up like Isla Nublar. But what I am more interested in is the story of Jurassic World live tour with the secret hybrid stegosaur and the question of why did they not use the troodon for the Ebers project when they’re more controllable how it’s not taken seriously at all even though it’s cannon especially when you’re relating it to the soft cannon Jurassic World evolution. I’d also love to see a picture of what the whole troodon paddock wood of look like in a film. Especially since there is obviously more than one troodon. But yeah I find the story of Jurassic world live to be very very interesting.

I had a couple of the toys: the Velocirapteryx, Ankyloranodon, and the 'Totally 90s' Roland Tembo. I actually didn't know until my adult years that those were supposed to coincide with an animated series. While it IS kind of a shame that never saw the light of day, the fact that the "Jurassic" franchise IS finally getting an animated series ("Camp Cretaceous") is proof that "...life, uh...FINDS A WAY."

I have a theory. In the lost world Hammond says that the dinosaurs were bred and raised on isla sorna so would that mean that the Mamenchiasaurus, Compsognathus, Pachycephalosaurus, Pteranodon, Stegosaurus, corythosaurus, spinosaurus and Ceratosaurus were going to be attractions in jurassic park like adding herbivores to existing enclosures. Also the only reason there would of been 2 adult rexes on sorna was if they were planning on putting more rexes in with rexy and same with the raptors. If you do end up making a video about this would you give me a shout out it would mean a lot.

Because JP started the dinosaur revolution in 91 and there were JP clones everywhere so they considered an animated series to enhance profits on an already blockbuster series. Now were going to have camp cretaceous unfortunately

It's cool seeing that you've explore some of the dinosaurs of the franchise, but why not the cearadactylus? I'm surprised that you haven't mention it as it appeared from the first novel where there was a sequence. Also, that sequence was probably the idea used for the third movie.

I would have LOVED to have watched this show. It's crazy, it has bright colors, it has cyborgs, it has strange creatures inspired by dinosaurs and it would have been family friendly. I'm all for it. I remember when the toys came out. I actually bought the neon blue striped raptor and loved the other toy designs. I'm kind of sad I didn't get more of them. When the toys appeared I was actually super excited that they teased another JP story with these crazy animals and was pretty bummed when it never developed.

You know I did bring that up to several people before, we NEVER got to see Jurassic Park on TV. All we've seen is movies and Camp Cretaceous, which I've seen and... yeah. Also battle at big rock. I wouldve loved to have watched an animated series growing up.

I think it would've been more of a strikeout to me. I was never a fan of the toys. If they look more real and not so angular and cartoonish I may have thought differently. The only toy from that line I liked was the T Rex as it was just a repaint for the regular toy. Not too keen on the paint job of it but I was able to look past it.

With the now combining Dinosaurs DNA that they’ve shown in Jurassic World and Camp Cretaceous, it is safe to assume that Chaos Effect should comeback and even resell some of their toys again! Based on the concept alone today’s world would love it.

I gotta say I really like the sharp designs for the dinosaurs and armor. It really adds to the threatening nature that this show seemed to be aiming for. Although, something tells me that if this show did become a thing, it'd probably only last one season.

Klayton, I need your input: Should Chaos at Curwood feature a hybrid dinosaur? The Gasparinissaura and Carnotaurus are technically hybrids based on their unique traits (glowing and invisibility) but I feel as though a crazy hybrid should also make an appearance. I've been building the 15 foot long Miragaia for the series as well as finishing on the Demon Carno, but somewhere down the line I think a hybrid would be cool. What fo you think?

yea i love Chaos Effect toy line, so i was saddened when some of the figures were not released, especially that Ultimasaurus rex. I think its just a fun spin-off that really goes hard in the wacky sci-fi aspect of the franchise.

I know the cartoons of the mid to late nineties were over the top, but that lended to their appeal. Considering cartoons like Extreme Ghostbusters, Project Geeker, the cartoons based off movies like Evolution and the 1998 Godzilla movie, I don't see why a Jurassic Park or Lost World cartoon wouldn't have been made. I feels like that would have been the next logical step. As mentioned earlier you had cartoons based on movies...let's not forget that Jumanji became a cartoon just as The Mummy Returns. But who knows the reason. Shame we can only see the art, action figures, and media left behind in its wake. Maybe in the future a Jurassic Park or World cartoon could make it onto a network or streaming service. I mean there were dinosaur based cartoons in the nineties and eighties, but we want "Clever Girl" instead of "Not the Momma!".

Kenner was the king of Jurassic Park toys, while Hasbro ruined it with JPIII and Jurassic World, while Mattel swooped in and brought the toy line back to its Kenner heydays. :)
