2 question. If the hoppers arent braked...how do u stop a full train?... and how does it not fall off the track...its only 2ft wide.

Usually the locomotives themselves are enough to brake and pull the train as they mostly don’t seem to cover steep hills anywhere however there is an exception to this. As seen in the thumbnail and at 4:20 in the video, when the trains are going to steep areas they have a brake wagon attached to the end of the which is what is in front of that locomotive at 4:20 and it’s radio controlled so I assume it can be controlled by the drivers. I’m pretty sure all the sugar mills in Queensland have some kind of brake wagon for steep areas and heavy trains. And it must be how the locomotives and wagons are designed for the 2ft gauge to prevent them from falling over but I’m not sure how the design specifics work.
