👆 Former Million Dead vocalist & punk/folk singer-songwriter Frank Turner sits down to have an exclusive interview with Lee Anderton in another episode of The Captain Meets! Starting off with a passion for punk music, Frank talks about his thoughts on the music industry, along with how he developed as an artist to create the music he is currently known for.
Frank has also been hosting a charity raffle to raise money for WAYout Arts. Helping to bring music to disaffected and disadvantaged street kids in Sierra Leone.

Cracking interview Lee. First became aware of Frank when he came on at the first Emily Barker gig I ever saw at the Union Chapel to recreate their duet on Fields of June. Love the way he talks about his D’Angelico. It’s the same sort of way John Smith talks about his Fylde guitars. He almost doesn’t know what is about them, they just pull the music out of him. Another worthy consideration for an interview at some stage maybe. Frank’s done some great stuff trying to help venues in this crappy year too. Deserves a lot of credit.
