This is really wonderfully build with the wood and stones... 😊 and I love the big entry. If you live in a more colder place you're happy people leave their coats and shoes outside the living area... 😉 I wouldn't have a second living room upstairs though but a kind of office with closing the wall half way where the stairs come up to put up some boards for files and stuff and only leave it an open gallery to the living room. This really is the best plan I've seen in months... 😍

An interesting Craftsman style house. The entry foyer is a huge and mostly unused space. There's no pantry, but there's storage in the laundry room. The mezzanine area could become another bedroom if desired. This is a big place, though there's a lot of dark wood.

Thanks for your comments. Pantry and Mudroom are connected. Garage --> Mudroom --> Pantry -->Kitchen.

Lots of storage space in the kitchen though! I would make the kitchen island bigger for more storage space, too. Love this home and with sleeper sofas upstairs, there’s room for my daughter’s family too!

Bonjour AVN studio et bravo pour votre réalisation. Je trouve l'architecture et l'agencement des pièces parfaites. Le salon détente culture au premier est époustouflant comme dans mes rêves et la luminosité parfaite 😮 Il manque, selon mes goûts personnels, une terrasse couverte extérieure tout autour de la maison, hormis côté garage. Mais je place cette création parmi mon top 3 Merci pour ce rêve 🍀

I really like this house and I'm not even upset that I saw only one shower. Those tubs can be taken out and substituted with a shower or other facility. Thank goodness no confounded shubs😊😊😊😊

Love the exterior! One of the things I appreciated most is the front and back covered patio/porches to which a gate could easily be added to keep kids and dogs in the area with you. I'd like to see a one story version of this with a 2nd bedroom on main level - about 1800 sq ft 2 bath, 2 bedroom. Reduce the size of the big entry foyer to give more room to the living room. I'd open the energy by not having the pit group/sofa blocking the entry. Could you make the kitchen island square and a bit bigger with storage under and access to electric plugs. And I'd place a smaller rectangular table for 4, giving you space in the room for a very small buffet cabinet for storage of nice dinnerware. Edited to add- I might have just found it in your House Plan: a371 !!

I love it!!! Thanks for paying attention to the bathtub!!! 🤩👌🏻 I was a little disappointed in the kitchen as I was expecting a little wow factor since I got the wow throughout the entire design! Maybe an eye popping stove range and more updated kitchen cabinets for this one! Overall, I am impressed 😁👍🏻

I love everything except for the cathedral ceiling. Its a heat suck and a waste of upstairs space. I have a few friends that had them, their electric bill in the winter was more than doubled what mine was for the same size home.😵‍💫

Would rather have the sliding door by dining area. Need another half bath to front of home for company so don't have to go through kitchen. Notice you do not open all the doors, so don't know what they are. I would like the laundry in the garage entrance to the house. Seems there are never closets for linens/ utilities/ storage. But the home itself is beautiful.
