I just want to say immortality is very real. Most people will use the reincarnation excuse but I believe my point to be a little more valid; There is a species of jellyfish that are immortal, and yes that is a true fact. If you watch the exact folding/shape of the turban, you'll notice the moment the person is switched. 1:41 is the last we see of the older lady. That clearly shows that the trick was hidden by editing. The question becomes whether the targets are also in on it. One might consider that an edited out sequence could have gone: "This mask needs 2 minutes to dry, come have a look at this." And they would still react with surprise, if it's all done well enough. However their position on the couch suggests that they didn't stand and re-seat on the couch between the switch. And it seems like it would be difficult to misdirect them enough in that position to swap someone from behind the nearby counter. Based on that, this video makes it difficult to give the benefit of the doubt.

i agree, it's definitely a different person. They could have easily had someone come up to the other side and ask them a question or something to distract for even a few seconds and then switch out the person though. Or else it's just faked completely

That could be possible but I was also thinking maybe that lady has a mask to make herself look older like the one in Bad Grandpa. So what he was spreading on her face was some sort of glue to make it stick to the white mask that he later put on, so when he peels the mask it all comes out evenly
