Mate, completely drawn to this channel by the passion you have for everything you tackle. It's awesome to see that passion tackling mental health. It's a silent killer in Australia too, needs to be tackled head-on to get it out of the shadows and into the daylight. Great work, and great idea

Excellent Idea - I've bought a pack to try out with my team, should get us beyond the hunting chats and getting to know each other deeper as we work alongside each other. I often think: I spend more time with my employees than my own wife. Might as well get to know their story! Good idea Josh and keep up the industry changing ideas

In NZ and AU, smoko means a break.

Old habits die hard here in NZ - although hardly anyone smokes now breaks are still referred to as smoko
