i have had the opposite effect in ways when i went on the carnivore diet for 6 months lost weight which was a plus but my knees never got better ( arthritis ) i started feeling aweful on it I really gave it a shot on the other hand my dad is strict carnivore for 9 months and its amazing what it has done for him i am now a ketovore for the last 3 months and feel amazing and my knees are pretty much pain free i added ( berries / kiwi /broccoli / cucumbers / celery / green tea / Tumeric ) along with my meats and have toned down my salt intake My A1C went from 9.7 to 5.4 now and i really do feel awesome I am 60 years old have gone from 320lbs to 235 in 9 months also while on carnivore diet my platelets went very low and thats why i ended up as a ketovore i am a firm believer that you need to find what works for you no preaching or judgements its kinda embarrassing to see how strict vegans and strict carnivores act ..its like democrats and republicans only their side is right no matter what we need to stop and just listen you do you and at the end of the day be kind and try to smile waaaay too much hate and arguments its really getting old oh by the way Zaira you are looking awesome well done cheers all be well and be safe

💯 agree spanky, it's annoying when people make all these rules and then argue over what is right and wrong. Truth is, you do what works for you because we're all so different!!
