Nothing says comraderie in the band than sharing a box of dye and striping/ skunk tailing it. They also dressed matching a lot too. Always loved that. Benjamin is just so hot! I think his best hot look is in the Cruiser video on Tom Snyder's show. Oh my. I loved the older shows; they had so much fun performing. The Houston Summit video1982 looked so fun! Benjamin was whooping it up! Always enjoy Elliot's solos.

I’m 21. Been listening to music from the 70’s-90’s for over 5 years, and the Cars for just over a year now. They are my favorite band and this is my favorite song by them. It’s difficult to describe my admiration for the music and the personalities behind this band, there’s something about the Cars and their songs that sets them leagues above their contemporaries in my opinion. My only wish is that there was more music by them! It’s a blessing to find this relic of a KZbin channel, it’s somewhat difficult to find Cars videos and live performances online! Thank you Donna!

I remember that show, The Cars hosted playing songs off CandyO, I think it was like a “big bands for the 80’s” themed show, there was no Wolfman Jack just music, they showed a video of M’s Pop Music and believe Iggy Pop was on doing Five Foot One…thinking Fall of ‘79…
