Another grand episode! It's great to see Gordon interacting with another one of his cousins visiting Sodor other than Spencer and Mallard. I have read a little bit about Bittern before, though I think I may need to look back on it again. I've always pictured her and Dominion of Canada as female with the rest of the surviving A4s as males. As for that little moment where Gordon goes crazy when he hears Flying Scotsman is coming later on in this series, I chuckled. Looking forward to seeing what happens next!

I do like the Bachmann Thomas and Friends models. One improvement i do to mine is to remove the faces and give them a coat of Matt varnish. Removes that "sweaty" gloss look and makes them more like the series models. Personally, a significant improvement. I enjoy the stories too, I enjoy the voice acting.

I personally love the shine on the models. Yes it’s not TV series accurate but it makes them look like real locomotives since locomotive liveries are often quite shiny My justification for not being TV series accurate comes from the episode “Paint Pots and Queens”. When Gordon pulls in with the royal train, he was about as shiny as the Bachmann Gordon or vice versa
