I’d assume that it’s because Emma is a very well known actress, and the more famous a performer is, the more their schedule tends to clutter up. She has been doing her own press and promotions for the movie on her social media, though!

@@parulakter7514 since my comment i have read up on some things, and it is actually that she just flat out didn't want to do it, only signed up to attend one premiere as a press tour and that's it, and people are quite mad, because supposedly it isn't fair, because if you do a movie you must do a press tour, as otherwise it is not fair to other cast members who have to do more work

I am a fan of Emma, but I wasn't sure if im going to watch the film in theatre or not. Because deep down, I don't find Emma a great actress yet.
