Turns up for a payday in fa, probably just happy to finally see Solo killed - played a paradoy of ANH and ESB Solo. A paint by numbers performance. Hamill - openly talked about this disappointment for Luke, thinking they got Luke all wrong in the script. Even with that, srill gave a very charasmatic performance in the LJ as Luke. I think most of us know who had/has the better artistic merit and care for their work.

There was no need for most of those changes. Those really were movies ahead of their time and still hold up. I will always cherish them for giving me an amazing experience.

I totally agree. His character development from ep7 where he needs to put up for allot of failures to ep8 where he ignored Snoke after being humiliated and concentrated on teaming up with Rey and ultimately doing what Vader should've done in the OT before the end, is amazing. I'd also like to point out the writing of Rey. The constant need for her to have some mentor.. someone to show her the way altho she's capable of protecting herself. She's obviously capable of using the force without training, which is a conclusion to what Yoda said to Luke in ESB. Do or do not, there is no try. No one needs training to use the force if their mind is in the right state.

TAIKA - actually , everyone needs training to use the force Anakin was the chosen one , one of the most powerful Jedi ever, and Sith lord eventually and he even he had years of training. Rey not needing training is one of the unbelievable parts of the new trilogy that disappoint a lot Star Wars fans, hence why she is memed as a Mary Sue.

Anakin would've found out by himself when grown how to use the force and what not without training either. As I said before. It's all the state of mind. If a force user believes in lifting a space ship, then he'll do it no matter how big. That's why usually jedi are trained from a very young age. To train their mind to be focused on what's important. Grown ups tend to have learned things that distract them from having an open mind, yet it's possible for a grown up like Rey to focus and truly believe. People want Luke Skywalker over and over and over again.

He seems okay with talk show format but I think the more relaxed buzzfeed type interviews make him anxious. Most talk shows have a list of publicist approved questions. And the more relaxed interviews are more unscripted (like taking an online quiz or answering questions while playing a game). He is allegedly a very socially anxious person, is very very private, and has said that he feels a lot of self-imposed weight to not spoil stuff. So I think not knowing what they're going to ask stresses him out. Even on the talk shows where he's likely been told by a PA what they're generally going to talk about, he's a little awkward. I've noticed in some interviews they'll ask a question and he will tell a story that's only sort of related. It's like he had already mentally prepped a story he could say for that topic and stuck with it lol. Also, if you do an interview with Mark Hamill (who I love, this is not a dig) you pretty much know he's going into full storyteller mode and you won't have to say anything.
