For real without his help Coraline wouldn't have got the final eye and would have lost the game and he genuinely cares for her as he went to get Wybie to help her. I was pissed when Coraline pushed him to the side when she decided to go throw the key at night. You'd think after him helping her she'd learn to listen to him even when he's not talking him getting in front of the door to block her was telling her not to go out. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I always loved how Coraline and the cat seemed to have formed a bond after everything that they went through in the the Other World and the Pink Palace. I mean even in the scenes when the cat couldn't talk you could tell that Coraline didn't need words to understand the cat, Because Coraline and the cat both knew that they could understand each other well enough plus there's facial expressions and body language.
