The story felt very amateur to me. The guy kept using overly "intelligent" words to sound smart. The idea people would carve the warnings before dying or while being attacked is ridiculous. And who and what sort of people made the carvings. The carvings were extremely old apparently. But the words are English. And the fact the jackal speaks English.

I’ve listened to a couple of the stories, and some of the breakdowns about different characters in his stories, and a lot of them seem to have the quality of either driving people insane when they see them or they can’t fully comprehend the site of them, or both, it can always be both. LOL
