Definitely will be moving in the next month to a couple of months! I won’t be owning a home atm I will be renting first and after a bit definitely will be looking for houses, this will be my first choice to look for depending on finances. Of course. There are always people that are out of town or staying at home. It’s a good mix that will use and plenty that don’t use it every weekend.

@LIVINGINDALLAS Vancouver Canada...looking south because housing is so much more affordable in TX.. I have a brother in law in Plano and love the area, but also, the infrastructure is way ahead of Canada. TX knows how to build and move people from place to place.
