Firstly , thank you for the wonderful talks, I have really appreciated them and have learnt so much. Also agree with others that including the medtations would be an added bonus.

Hi Eve, that's really helpful feedback. We're trying different formats at the moment and had been wondering whether people are just watching it for the talks.

@@londonbuddhistcentre Sometimes I do just tune in for the talks but on the occasions I do it's not a problem for me to fast forward/skip the meditation section to the next part of the talk. For this video in particular, the meditation is key to exploring the ideas disucssed in the talk so would have been well worth keeping in.

hi @LBC, missed this class this week. Went to watch back and all the meditations are edited out? Wondering why that is, considering its a meditation class? Many thanks
