@@LondonChat In the UK you have to pay for both so I will only get chance to try these when I can afford it. Fingers crossed that it's soon though 🍀

@@DeeannaLouise I live in London I asked my GP about both first he sent me to a Pilates class free on the NHS for 6 sessions then I got 6 sessions of Dry needle treatment free on the NHS which worked amazingly. Please ask your GP fingers crossed 🤞🏻 Good Luck
