Get a roll of thread tape from any hardware store to stop leaks from fitted pipes. That way you don't have to over-tighten the fittings and risk stripping the thread.

Hey thank you both for a very informative video, very much like the sound of these filters. Although we use the "BEST" filter, like you, for all water that comes into the van, and also an under-sink filter, these 2 filters sound ideal. Don’t you think it would be good idea to fit both of these before the hot water service so you also protect the tank.

That's a good point, not sure how we'd do that? The sprite filter is activated by the hot water passing through the tap. There is a complete system that can be purchased and installed but it appears to be quite expensive Cheers Paul & Wenda
