You wanted to comment on my trailer experience here’s a doozy. The water at Kentucky lake was perfect. Me and two other guys went in my boat to catch big largemouth and Highwater in the bushes. I was much younger and not very good at maintenance on my boat let alone the trailer. The trip from my house to the lake is about an hour with 15 minutes to go to arrive at the lake. The hubs on the trailer begin to smoke and burn. We were so anxious to get to the lake And we had been drinking coffee, the whole way that we got out and relieved ourselves on the hubs to cool them down to get to the lake before the sun came up. Fished all day loaded the boat on the trailer left it in the parking lot called a marine company had them replace the hubs, learned my lesson

I have been through brake problems on 2 boat trailers. The first one was where the master cylinder stuck in the tongue and caused the brakes to drag. The second was exactly the same setup you are working on with the Champion. I replaced the whole unit instead of rebuilding the master cylinder. It was the right decision. Thanks for the great videos!
