I too worked in Assam for a long period in Silchar and Distt. Sibsagar. In 1990-91 there was terror in Assam due to ULFA group . Tea garden managers and people of our organizations (outsiders) were the targets. Some of our people were kidnapped and killed. But our Assamese coolleagues protected us a lot. They used to hide us whenever any ULFA Person entered our campus. But Assamese were very good. Later on I went to Assam in 2011. Everything was calm. ULFA group almost become defunctional and we enjoyed a lot. Beautiful sight scene and affectionate people.

Rather than listening to tons of motivational speaker videos, this one episode encapsulates a lot of practical philosophy. The kind that is needed and that which works in real life. Also, it takes heaps of courage to talk about one's vulnerabilities and one's past. Even more so if it is said on an open platform like youtube. Normally people always project their strong side, most of which is fictitious. In talking about failures, there lies great strength of a man. Thank you for today's video Major Saab. You definitely have qualities that connect you to the masses. JAI HIND.

that was the problem with Indian Army those days.....Almost 70+ % of retired personals, who wanted to re-start their career after... they either get into DSC or Security (for ORs n JCOs)... and if you are Officer rank, you will get into HR of Admin/Security head...

Then what will happen with agniveers? What are your views. Don't you think they will face even bigger challenges because there will be too many of them every year who didn't get absorbed by the army?
@PpCrp1106 Жыл бұрын
@@shethtejas104 that's why it was advisable not to join as agniveer if you're interested for further career opportunities...cause see... joining agniveer will cancel all your chance of giving any competitive exams during service tenure...and after the tenure even if you want to give any exams... you'll rather have no to less age limits left for the eligibility criteria..hence..choose your decision wisely.....altho agniveer will give a lot to explore but for a limited time... But still... it's a mind game...if a graduated officer like major gaurav Arya couldn't get a well paid job despite having a lot of talents.... we're mere civilians....hence it's advisable to complete certain education and join Indian army...cause every educational qualification has it's own post to pursue...HOPE IT HELPS 🤞
@shethtejas104 Жыл бұрын
@@PpCrp1106 No it doesn't. For the long answer that you typed, you should have considered that the question was asked to Mr. Bisht. Also, tonnes of veterans have expressed their opinion on agniveer already. What is your experience or qualification? Are you a veteran or a serving officer? If no, then all that you said is just the sum total of what's already known to anyone who has access to youtube and who watches youtube videos. I do. So thanks but no thanks. My question was to Mr. Bisht who sounded like he is experienced and has seen the difficulties that SSC retirees faced back in the day. It would be interesting to know what he thinks about agniveer. In case you listen to Major Arya, you would know that he is completely in support of agniveer.
@PpCrp1106 Жыл бұрын
@@shethtejas104 with all due respect.. there's nothing against agniveer scheme in my reply.. it's a vision as a current affair reference and as a citizen concerned around all aspects... Rest is all on you of course... 😊
