I’m slowly ticking off units within my 2nd Company of my Space Marine Chapter with the help of this competition. Now to answer your question, so thank you! Hmmm what would I pick if I won? That’s a tricky one! I might have to choose to ask you if you’d want to paint up a Tau character or battle suit for my son’s Tau force that we are working on, or I might have you paint up a Jump Captain for my expanded 5th Company(Revenge of the 5th) of fast attack units, nicknamed the Magpies.

Only recently really tried to use an airbrush and I’m here to say: airbrush crew, I’m with you. It’s AMAZING. Such a great tool. I have a lot to learn about using it right, but I’m enjoying it so far. I’ve even used it for other things apart from mini painting. And that’s not Vashtorr the Wossname; that’s clearly Horus. Hang on… how did all these red crosses get on my clothes? 🧐🩸🪽

Hello mate! That will be poster tac which we call Blu-Tac. I normally use double sided tape if it’s a complete model on a base that I want to stick down. For something small like a helmet/head, I drill a hole in the bottom, glue a tooth pick in and drill the other end through a 32mm base or similar. Then once painted I just break the pick off and leave the end inside the bottom of the head as we won’t see it

Bit of a lore correction but Vashtor was never a daemon prince nor mortal, they are a warp entity of their own realm and sphere of influence. They often strike deals with the other gods as the master of the forge but are not a servant to them. Model looks fantastic though and your work especially on the metallics was great!
