Upgraded my Gen8 Axe with an R2 540L 2800, Great upgrade. Planning on upgrading the Spektrum system in the RYFT with the R2 550 3300KV. Not impressed with the RYFT power train.

Hi there. I'm having issues with my axe system I got to put in my Phoenix build. Quick question what Is your esc and motor temp normally run at. I seem to get to over 40 degrees pretty fast. Is that normal.

Can you set up multiple different profiles for the parameters? Say if I use a truck for two different things; crawling and bashing. Can i have two different saved parameter settings so i can easily switch between them without having to individually change each parameter?

Hey ! I used the 2800 kv one but it has a very bad slow mode 😤 I also had the fusion 1800 kv and it is so much smoother in start and very slow driving 🤷‍♂️

I just installed the 2300kv,had the fusion before...the fusion was better controllable but it kinda jerked in low not that smooth...I need to turn down the power on the transmitter, it kind of working...not yet figured everything out

Okay, so I got ahold of a set in 1400kv for a Globe Liner, because This Has The _Oomf_ and the Yokomo I bought from the (now defunct) R/C store is actually a drift car motor. Since I started messing with the racing motor, there's one thing I can't see on the Axe motors. I can't see any information in the manual or on the can itself about adjusting the end cap to put mechanical advanced timing on the motor. Is physical timing advance a thing I'll need to mess with? (Please say no)

The Axe motors are for Crawling, and "do not" have any adjustable motor endbell timing at all.

hello just instaled my axe system with1400 kv motor when is not use is making tiking sound and gentle vibrate (almost like coging but not moving the wheels) I set my endpoint do this is normal ??

I seem to have a faulty system, bought brand new, followed every step in this guide, although I know how to set them up anyway, figured I'd try and copy your settings and such and it's so jerky, it's like the FOC is set to super high all the time, even when it's low. Is their a way to turn the FOC completely off so I can test it? Like, I come up to a small stone or tree root or something and it hits to about half throttle and jumps over, my tx/rx are fine and have worked in another rig. Very strange behaviour.

Pairing should be done if there are any basic operational issues. May work "okay", but could work "better" if that makes any sense.

thx for the video helped me a lot i got worry at i dont get my axe work whit 2300kv motor and was my first time ever lol needed do that calibration diferently than in this video whit mine axe 1,1 when you got it forward on video i did go backwards and when did you go backwards i did go forward so now it goes how it should on my crawler but its alot faster when i go backwards whit it idk why
