We eat smashed potatoes all the time... they are best when you put them back in the oven with sauted pancetta, mushrooms, garlic, onions and a sprinkle (okay heavy handful) of smoked cheddar. Then toss them back in the oven to crisp up... so good... absolute favourite here.
