That Mughal tower was build on top of the Stupa. In 135 AD the Romans build their city Aelia Capitolina on top of the destroyed Jewish temple in Jerusalem. Old habit used to die slow, but we are in a new era right now.

@@Olympiadmaxx It was not Hindu religion, there was not have Shiva, Vishnu and Rama, it had Parsi's yagya performers ( who came from outside) & Jains,ajivikas & some other local tribal faiths Hinduism was formed much later

@ Yes, and gods like Siva, Vishnu were associated with Vedas only later. They also are indigenous gods only. The story of Krishna fighting Indra is indigenous vs foreign
