THE CHEAPEST HOUSE IN LOS ANGELES RIGHT NOW.
this house is not behind a house or in a community style. Just a normal single family style home. The problem is that it still does not work for me. The property had no hacking aspects, no rooms to rent on airbnb and no garage to convert into a legal adu.
There are a lot of options when trying to house hack but in los angeles in a particular price point its definitely hard. Have to keep trying though.

1 bed 1 bath?!? That’s awful. Who even builds a 1 bed one bath?!? At least 2 bed 1 bath and that would be fine for like 1920-1950 maybe. But for 600k it should have AT LEAST 2 bedrooms

Let’s talk about Los Angeles county. You can buy a very affordable home in Lancaster California. Someday soon I plan on purchasing a home way out there, the only Issue is the heat. I look at it like this if you have a great running AC in your car and home you should be completely fine.

Who wants land?!? Land is hard to manage, get a massive mcmansion for 585k. 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom. 2-3 car garage, double foyer, maybe a double height great room aswell, all on 1/4-1/3 of an acre. Much easier to maintain

Buy my house next year. All renovated by then 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tile kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms. There's 1 1/3 acres, fruit trees, blueberry bushes, single car garage. Landscaping done in the yard. All brick exterior. Beautiful front porch with tile floor. Small back porch. Much better than that house you just walked through.
