The limitation in steering is from the angle that can be achieved, not so much the gyro. This car has much less drift steering angle than a car like the drift art DA4 or something like a GL drift.

I have the porscge and the bmw, they're fun little cars to zip around in small places but as far as I know here in the states the non- gyro models are still about $ 25 and the gyro models are closer to $60. I don't know how much you want to get into rc drifting but for $50-60 you can get a legit 1/18 RWD drift car from LD R/C with a fully tuneable suspension, amber and toe. The gyro isn't the greatest but with that dasmikro added you've got an awesome drift car. The LD1899 it's a skyline r34 and it's actually a diecast body. Definitely worth picking up at least 1 if you want to get into rc drifting
