I have this with i7 7600u and 8gb ram with 930mx 2gb ddr3. I played withcer 3 on medium to high setting along with resident evil 7 and other titttles between 2015 to 2019. And yeah, this machine isn't for hardcore gamers but it is not for gaming would be understatement....... It is definitely worth the price.

@@rab46290 I didn't measure it actually but it doesnt really fry up while gaming even intense gaming for an hour. I just had heat problem with gta5. The only complain i have is its noise. Which even new one has so i won't complain much

Then I've got to have a cpu benchmark. I've got a Thinkpad with an i5-7440hq and a 940mx and and 24gbs of ram and I can't get anywhere near that level of performance.

Funny thing this thing can run cs2 on low setting in 2024😂😂 one of the best machine ❤ pair it with 12 gb ram and it can run even run bf1.

Just bought one with i5 9400h for £190 , was torn between that or one with i7 9850h both gen 9 , i5 1 month newer and benchmark online said i5 was slightly faster ? i7 had more threads and cores 6/12 vs 4/8 so i was leaning towards that one but then I discovered i5 9400h came with nVIDIA GeForce MX150 whereas the i7 only had onboard "Intel UHD Graphics 630" so with the added gpu and the fact the i5 was newer and benchmark seemed slightly faster online I chose the i5 version, not really gonna use for gaming, I might try some out , just wanted a half decent laptop for everyday use and maybe some photo editing on lightroom and maybe some music editing did I chose right one ? not sure if the added gpu will be better than having more threads and cores ? and why did the 9400h score higher on speed than the 9850h ? will prob be not much difference between the 2 and I'm just trying to choose the slightly bigger slice lol

Should have chosen the i7 with more cores. But real conflicting as you mentioned the GPU for i5. Check the difference of their GPU for final measure. I have a decent fast laptop with a poor GPU. It can't do anything visual without overheating and going off

@@jeremyagramonte1865 I ended up not buying this one. I bought the Acer A515-45 Ryzen 7 - 8GB RAM - 512 NVME. I think it's not that good to run GTA 5... Can run but not that good FPS.
