The Chef Club 8" Chef Knife Review

How would you compare it with the Tojiro DP Gyutou or Hanzo Katana? That's what I was intending to purchase until I saw your review here.

We reviewed the Tojiro DP and although both the Tojiro and TheChefClub knife performed well I think that the Tojiro did just slightly better because it handled the onion and shallot test better. I have not tried the Hanzo Katana so cannot comment on it.
