I really love eggplant. Prepare them as a casserole, it's easy and delicious! Eggplants are very healthy. They normalize cholesterol levels and activate the liver. Ingredients:
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon salt, black pepper.
1 eggplant
Olive oil.
1 onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 fresh red pepper.
Celery 2 stalks.
1-2 tomatoes.
Basil 1/2 tsp.
3 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Add eggplant.
Dill 28 g (1 oz).
Pour in the egg mixture.
Mozzarella cheese 54 g (2 oz).
Hard cheese 113 g (4 oz).
Cook in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
