Henry’s techniques and style of teaching are IMO second to none. If you want to learn simple, efficient, and highly effective BJJ that you’ll be able to do into old age, this is the guy to follow.

100% the old-school philosophy is what I wanted when I signed up for BJJ. I saw what Royce did in the old UFCs, but when I went to the local BJJ schools they didn't teach it, they only did the pure sport grappling.
