When I first heard this song it touched my heart. In 2013 this song came to mind when I buried my brother in January of that year. it was cold as hell at the cemetery when we buried him and that's just the way I felt numb,cold and helpless. I miss you my brother, I miss you my friend, until we meet again.

+Rosetta Avery , Eugene Record was the LEAD first tenor, whose falcetto was on much of the Chi-Lites songs. Squirrel was also a second tenor who sang in some of the songs, but mostly it was Eugene. Eugene wrote & co-wrote many of the songs, was an instrumentalist and produced and arranged the music. Marshall was basically the manager & director of chorography and played the harmonica and sang background vocals and sometimes had a short solo in older songs, as Power To The People. Marshall is now singing lead on this song, originally sung by Eugene, because Marshall is the last one alive of the originals.
@UNbowed628 жыл бұрын
I mistyped: Squirrel Lester was also a first tenor, as Eugene was.
