If Patrick didn’t feel good about his body then he wouldn’t play, the other side of it is that he’s determined to get the one seed. He made a promise to his team that he will get them the one seed, then I’m sure he’s good to rest. He also recently gave Christmas gifts to his entire O line probably to incentivize them to play at a high level on Saturday. He’s gonna need the best out of them for the next two games. Run the damn ball 🏈 Andy to protect Mahomes that’s what I wanna see Saturday. Execute at a high level offensively and protect 15.

Remember that time Mahomes ran for 30 yards and a 1st down in the Superbowl on a legit worse high ankle sprain? He is that competitive and he does not lose when he gets into that mode the last 2 years. You two are generally spot on, but the injury you acted like you knew Patrick was going to play Saturday. Neither of you knew that. Matt says he's watched football for 30 years. I've watched it for 50 and unless you have inside info you didn't know the extent of his injury. Just because he was able to play through in the playoffs is a completely different animal. You could say you "thought" he would play in a short week game...then I could believe what you are saying, but to say you knew...silliness. Get off your horse and be realistically positive because this segment was just goofy. All the others before this one...EXCELLENT!

I’d agree with this if Mahomes hadn’t had the same injury (but clearly worse) and played the next week. He also came back from a serious knee dislocation in 2 weeks. Knew may be a strong word, but it’s not worth an entire post calling them out on it. Andy never came out and said anything to suggest he wasn’t playing.

The Texans are used playing close games and have won more often than not. They take the ball away and are one of the best teams sacking the quarterback. KC's oline is questionable just as much as the Texans. You sound arrogant and think you know it all. Any team can be beat any given Sunday. This is the 1st time CJ and Demeco plays against KC. You have no reference point. I want to see you eat crow if your wrong.
