Today we make Nigeria Chinchin for my family & friends
Ingredients
4kg Flour
1000g Salted butter but I used 750g of margarine because that was what I had available
Sugar 500g + 1 cup
Eggs 20
Milk 2cups
Nutmeg
Baking powder 2tsp
Vanilla flavor or essence
Cinnamon powder 1tsp

Quick tip. Trim the edges of the dough with pizza wheel that way you'll get the same size and the same colour. I'm sure it tastes good but the uneven browning makes it less appealing
