I was born 15 years after this song was released. I am from a different country with English as a second language and it took me a while to understand the words of the song. However, although I could not even understand the lyrics I thought it was magical. Now as I read the comments below, I realize the reason why it felt that way. All the stories are amazing, reminiscent of different times. Understandably there were also hard times, but nothing like today. Thank you for sharing the beautiful memories

There are a lot of very great love songs from the '50s, '60s, and '70s. They don't write songs like that anymore! Now its all hate, kill, destroy!!!! I feel that life would not be worth living if I didn't have those old love songs to ground me when I feel down and depressed!!! Also, during the '60s and the hippy movement of free love, understanding, acceptance, anti war songs, etc a lot of the country really came together in a loving way that has not been seen since! Become very familiar with the hippie movement and a massive music concert called Woodstock where people came from all over the country to celebrate universal love and anti-war unity! Become familiar with all the greatest love songs of the '50s '60s and early '70s. Many of the songs still bring tears to my eyes! It is also true that well-written music does not need lyrics to tell a story. A well-written Melody can tell the whole story. There are several songs that I love to hear but I've never heard the lyrics. Just by the melody I can hear it starts out happy and then there's trouble and then tragedy and recovery and once again back to a triumphant happy life.

I get nostalgia from tons of things from the 1900’s all the way to the 2000’s- I mostly get nostalgia from the titanic, Anne Frank’s story, this song, some specific pictures, old videos, and toys/commercials from the 80’s. I love the feeling of nostalgia but hate it because I just long to go back to these times and have these memories that I can never have, and I’m stuck with this current world full of sickness and people who dance for a living on TikTok. Can we just go back in time already?

@@---RAVEN--- a Sandman is a keeper of the Dreaming world, he makes sure that every sleeping person gets or a dream, or a nightmare, he creates them and keeps the balance between them. One common mistake among videos that contain lyrics is there's no advance display of the lyrics for 500 milliseconds, so that viewers who want to sing along (but are not familiar with the lyrics) can do so. This video could be improved this way. All it takes is a slight adjustment in the timing.
