Disappointment is so part of being a believer. You handled it with the truth (we could see your disappointment and frustration on your face) of the blow. You also proceeded with Grace and a sense of humor once you processed it and, I suppose, "trusted." Trusting in His ways has been my Rock; even though I am working on my initial "emotional" responses, when disappointment comes, I end up trusting and proceeding with gratefulness no matter the outcome.
