For the MITB packs they advertised the SS19 cause in the pack you can get a pro that is WM35 - Summerslam 19 and then the other two images are Titan to Shattered. It’s just that the design is different so it looks like they weren’t advertising it

After fortifying it, the indicator will appear once you have fed some cards to that "fortified" card :)
