That piece listed in 2 auctions. I’m sure you mentioned something similar previously. Dodgy buyers who advertise a piece they don’t own. Looking to bid on eBay or wherever. safe in the knowledge they have it sold for more $$ in their other auction or private sale. If the original auction has the piece getting too expensive, they back out. Or even win, but don’t pay. Waiting for it to be relisted for less. Just an idea. Could be a dodgy auction house though, like you mentioned. So many snakes out there.
