The thing I am most grateful for this year is Chipotle. That sounds silly at first but I work there and I made friends with a new coworker during this pandemic who is now my best friend. He is my rock. He is so supportive of everything I do and he calls me out on my bullshit, and trust me there is a LOT to call out. Chipotle has also been a constant throughout this year. It always gives me something to do instead of staying at home with my toxic family. Another great thing about my best friend is that he has helped me realize that the things my family says and does are not okay. How they treat each other is not okay. This year has been a struggle. It has had so many ups and downs but some things are constants throughout it all, one of those being you. Your videos have helped distract me from the bickering that resonates through my house and they always make me happy to see you be so real and genuine when expressing yourself online. Your videos have also helped me realize that families can be happy and interact peacefully with each other. Thank you Grace for just being you and spreading your positivity with the world. This year I was broken up with right before lockdown and I interviewed with 14 different companies (and applied to many more) for a new job and didn't get any of them. But I met someone in August and fell in love and I got a new job this month and handed in my notice so things are really looking up. The pandemic has still been a terrible time but those things are getting me through and I'm hopeful that 2021 will be much better.

In 2020 I need to remind myself to be proud of the fact I passed my driving test, bought my first car and graduated from uni, it's easy to forget those things but I need to remember to be proud of myself! Also grateful that I got a job this year even though it's not a fancy degree job because so many people have unfortunately lost their jobs.. In Sweden we have had the scanner for about 6-8 years now in most food stores. The trick (for me) is that you have your own bags and if you scan it you put it in the bag and otherwise outside the bag and put it in when you have scanned it. Sometimes my husband have the scanner and wonder off so if you have a system you get the hang of it pretty quickly. Love that it’s been more of mama Booth, she always sounds so lovely and kind! Something positive that happened this year was my neck injury beginning to improve - so happy about that. Your hair looks LOVELY. And I'm so sad for everyone who can't see their families this year. My family and I live on a completely different continent to all our beloved relatives so we're used to beginning alone for Christmas. Quite sad. But at least we have each other, which is more than a lot of people who have to isolate just by themselves. :(

I'm new to your channel so watching in January, but my highlight for 2020 was getting to spend 9 months, 24/7 with my husband. We are both workaholics and are like ships that pass in the night, but 2020 changed all that, I am a young shielder so my husband was sent home from work on the 13th March and we have been home every since. I also held a kids bible study on zoom 6 days per week during the first lockdown and got to know the kids we normally work with in a whole new way. I love the Christmas food shop too. Ive been surprised how quiet the supermarkets have been this year though. I’m normally fought in a stampede to get int the shops and then crushed when reaching for things I need but this year I’ve sailed around the supermarkets! It’s been weird!

Thank you so much for these vlogs grace. I live in Scotland and we’re only allowed now to see people on Christmas Day. But it means I’m not going to get to see my dad because he was supposed to come on Boxing Day. And I can’t see my step children because they were supposed to come on Christmas Eve. So it felt a lot like Christmas was ruined honestly. But watching this and seeing you and your family still so cheerful and enjoying the holidays makes me feel a bit better. I'm happy I got the opportunity to teach my grandson during the virtual school times. It was difficult at times, and yet formed a connection between us that we will always have. We made good memories that will be cherished. Also it helped develop our imaginations since we didn't get many chances to be out about with people and had to entertain a 7 year old boy. :-)
