Hey Kerry, thanks for doing the work to post this. I've just gone thru cutting/pasting the chords and now need to go back and attach the melody to each chord frame you created. This is a nice arrangement. I'm at the skill level to get this done, my challenge has been finding an arrangement fairly authentic. This has the vibe and tutorial presentation I've been looking for. Appreciate the work you did. Be well.

Merry Christmas Maestro. Thank you for being the Too Smooth 6 string Santa all year. I've been playing R&B, Funk, Soul, Raggae, and other genres for the better part of 40 years now, but I always stop by your channel to validate what I'm doing and to steal a sweet lick or 12...! That's my way of saying that you are a valuable resource to guitar players of all levels, from 1 to 92...! Best wishes for you and yours this Holiday season and beyond. Looking for more SMOOTH nuggets in 2020...!

Glad you kept the 4 passing chords. I like Nat's version in Em (GbM) best....but passing chords make it special. Torme's original only had a 2-5 which is not nearly as nice.
